We, the team, are proud to present (especially with our digital competencies) a way for all you interested people to follow the amazing process of our TOT training project - "Finding Demo"!
At the moment our "horse is in the water", as they say in Bulgaria, and we have managed to put together a CALL for the participants that can also be found from the SALTO webpages. So, it is an open call, meaning, open for all of you in case you are interested!!! ...and incase your NA want's to spend money to send you as a participant.
There's a lot of things that are still just big questionmarks for us, but the facts that we know so far are that:
...The TC will happen in Malta from 15th to 21st of April 2009,
...The training will concentrate on topics of democratic processes and active participation of young people (Action 1.3),
...We'll have a prep meeting in italy to answer some of the questions soon,
...And of course, that it will obviously be the best training course ever!!!! :)
if you are now screaming out of pure joy because you are so interested, to see detailed and more beautiful "european english" about the TC, visit the websites from SALTO on www.salto-youth.net/training, and see the CALL for participants...
anyways, as we said, this "blog thingy" is created that we could share our experiences, developement, and learning, as well as our frustration, exhaustion and doubts with all of you lovely people. we'll try to update the situation when ever we have something new...

ReplyDeleteHi there, I've just seen, that your training has already been posted on the SALTO-calender, I found it under: find a training
ReplyDeleteGreat. Did you post it yourself?
Michael
But now tell us! What is happening? How was your meeting in Italy? Are you prepared? Are you happy? How is Francesca?
ReplyDeleteA kiss from your ToT course!
Hi there, you went through your course allready. How did you manage? You've had 35 participants. Wow. Are you satisfied? Did you learn something new for yourself? I went through a crisis in our training, had the impression that my peparation was bad and I could not do what I liked to do, ... I did't sleep the second night because of all these doubds. I shared with my team and they did a great job supporting me and giving me back my self-asteem and the trust in my approaches. From that point everything worked out great and I am very happy with my team and with that extraordinary experience. Give me some feedback about your experience if you like.
